This logic shifts image data according to its center of mass. This is required to optimize the images in case the particles are off-centered.

The optimal Pixel threshold value depends on the noisiness of the data: for good images it can be kept at 0 level. The optimal values for Circular mask fraction are 0.8-0.9. This logic only requires one input: a stack of images, which are output after mass centering.
