Applies the Alignment Parameters (shift and rotation) that have been applied to one stack on a stack of the same size. This is useful, when the alignment was run on a somewhat modified version (high dose, downsampled images etc.) of the original stack.
Needed is a stack of particles mostly without applied alignment and a stack of particles containing the alignment parameters. The shift and rotation parameters of the second stack are than unchanged or scaled transferred on the first stack.
Parameter and I/Os
Parameters | Description |
With ccc | |
Revert | Apply the invert of the alignment parameters given. This is useful when an alignment should be reverted |
Apply rotations | Whether or not to apply the rotational parameter |
Apply shifts | Whether or not to apply shift parameter |
Scale factor (shifts) | If the images are scaled differently the shiftparameter can be scaled by this value |
Input | Description |
Input | Stack of images on which the images on which the parameter should be applied |
Input Parameter | Stack of images containing the alignment parameter |
Output | Description |
Output | Input images with applied parameter |
New/Changed Header Values | Description |
appliedAlphaAngle | which inplane rotation has been applied to this image |
appliedXshift | which X shift has been applied to this image |
appliedXshift | which X shift has been applied to this image |
