ExtractByHeaderValueThresholding (Interactive)

Stacks of files can be sorted and extracted according to a specific header value. The threshold of the header value of interest can be selected manually and is visualized.

A stack of files is required as input data. In order to define the specific header value to be sorted, the header of interest can be initially set at Header for initial sorting. After execution other header values for sorting can be chosen from the pull-down menu. Set lower and upper thresholds by clicking and dragging with the right or left mouse button respectively.

In order to apply the final selection, the process has to be saved by clicking the SAVE button and further executed with the RUN button.
