Contouring
Usage
This logic is used to automatically contour class sums or 3D volumes. For manual contouring use the interactive contouring logic.
Parameters
To set contouring mode different parameters can be changed.

| Dilation Kernel | The size of the kernel used to dilate the mask based on the input image. |

Input
Inputs required during the module
- Class Sums: Any 2D or 3D input images may be used. No special header key is required.
Output
The list of outputs generated during the module.
- Contoured images: This output contains the contoured versions of the input images.
- Contour of class sums: This output contains the binary contours created during the contouring process.
