Radonalign
THIS position should be used for a brief introduction (max 2 sentences!) of the logic, stating WHAT and WHY it is doing something.
Usage
This logic is commonly used before determining the euler angles of class sums. Its purpose is to perform a sensitive mass centering of the class sums based on radon transformation. Usage of this algorithm improves common line finding during the consecutive reconstruction process.
Input
Class sums in real space
Output
Mass centered class sums in real space
written header values:
- error: √(xVariance+ yVariance) of the given class sum, based on before and after the performed shifts, so basically 2D standard deviation. If no shifts have been performed, the error will be 0.
