====== Contouring ======
This logic is used to automatically contour class sums or 3D volumes. For manual contouring use the interactive contouring logic.

To set contouring mode different parameters can be changed.

| Class Sums | Any 2D or 3D input images may be used. No special header key is required. |

| Contoured images      | This output contains the contoured versions of the input images. |
| Contour of class sums | This output contains the binary contours created during the contouring process. |
